2023 Quarterly Exchange Dates for New Fathom Units:
- Friday, March 3
- Friday, June 2
- Friday, September 1
- Friday, December 1
Holders of New Fathom Units (other than unvested “Earnout Shares”) may exchange them (and the corresponding shares of Fathom vote-only Class B common stock) for shares of Fathom Class A common stock by sending an Exchange Notice to Fathom at least five (5) business days prior to the applicable Quarterly Exchange Date.
