Ms. Perez has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fathom since September 2021. Prior to joining Fathom, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for CTS Corporation, where she led the global human resources organization. Prior to joining CTS, she was Director, Human Resources at IDEAL Industries, Inc. for 8+ years. Throughout her career, Ms. Perez has held various Human Resources positions spanning multiple industries for both private and public companies.
Ms. Perez holds a B.S. in Psychology from North Central College.
